How To Make Cardboard Coffee Table|Best Out Of Waste

There are so many interesting things that you can do with yourself. Here is the  DIY of a coffee table out of Cardboard. Yes, the table in the picture is made up of cardboard and which is very inexpensive to make, it allows you to use recycled materials, and it is also actually very durable.

I have personally used it for 3 years, it is sturdy and durable with some wear and tear as my little boy started tearing out the upper colorful paper. So thought why not share it with all of you guys.

As we do online shopping or buy furniture, we usually have a large number of cardboard boxes left unused at our home. ( I have used traveling bag cardboard packing).

Rather than throwing it away, you can make a coffee table instead.

You can also use the creative part of yourself by painting or cover them with colorful paper.

Materials Used:

1. Cardboard sheets
2. Box cutter, pen or marker, scissor
3. Glue or mod podge
4. Glue gun with sticks
5. Brown wrapping paper 
6. Colorful paper 
7. Clear tape

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

STEP 1: Base of table

• Collect lots of cardboard, decide the desire width and height of your coffee/side table and cut it into equal sheets.
• Glue four to 5 cardboard sheets together( or you can add thermocol sheets as well in between) to form firm strong legs.
• Now cut two large sheets and use the glue gun to join 4 legs of the table together(as shown in the image below)

STEP 2: Top of the table

• Mark the desire top shape for the table on the cardboard with the help of a marker and cut the sheets.
• Glue 3-4 sheets together to form the firm top.

STEP 3:

• Cover both legs and top of the table with the help of brown wrapping paper to form an even surface.
• Finish the corner of the paper with clear tape.

STEP 4:

• Take colorful paper as per your preferences and layer it on both the legs and the top of the table carefully without leaving any air bubbles.
• Attach the side of the colorful paper with clear tape.

STEP 5:

• Combine fitly the legs and top of the table with the help of a glue gun.

Voilà here is your robust/light weighted/durable/best of out waste Coffee or side table ready.
