Super Easy last moment Cardboard Christmas Tree DIY

This blog post is about the making of a Cardboard Christmas Tree which I have made for this Christmas at the last moment. Had fun making this tree and decorating it with ornaments.

Christmas is incomplete without the magnificent Christmas tree at home. Christmas trees are amazingly beautiful and ornaments again add grace to it.

But Christmas trees don’t need to be always the traditional ones, you can customize them to a particular style and size as per your preferences. Instead of spending so much on modern-looking trees why can’t we make our own at home.

Material

• Cardboard sheets or boxes
• Box cutter
• Scissor
• Pencil
• Christmas ornaments
• Green garland
• Hot glue gun
• Tape

Steps for making Cardboard Christmas Tree

1. Gather your cardboard. If you find large boxes then you can make a taller tree. Cut open boxes and lay them flat to maximize the cardboard shape.
2. Cut three triangles as shown in the above picture. Be careful!

3. Attach three triangles with the help of tape together as shown above.

4. With a hot glue gun circle garland around the tree shape to form a sparkling Christmas tree.

5. Christmas Ornaments

– Have taken Transparent Christmas ball ornaments, inserted paints in to make them colorful.

6. Tie all the ornaments and lighting to the tree and the beautiful Christmas tree is ready.
